|Flank steak/Round steak||2 Pound|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz), drained (1 Can)|
|Beef bouillon/Beef broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Slice beef into 1/4 inch strips about 2-inches long.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place in crock cooker.
Mix together remaining ingredients except flour, butter, and sour cream, and stir it in with the beef.
Cover and cook at Low for 6 to 8 hours.
Set cooker to High, and stir in flour and butter which have been blended together.
Stir until thickened.
Turn off heat and, after a few minutes, stir in sour cream.
