|Sliced swiss cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sliced cooked ham||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Peppers||3 Medium (Red / Green Colored)|
1. Prepare dressing: In medium-sized bowl, stir first 7 ingredients until blended.
2. Cut cheese, ham, peppers, and carrots into matchstick-thin strips; add to dressing in bowl; with rubber spatula, toss gently to coat completely with dressing. If serving later, cover bowl and refrigerate.
