Crocked Chicken With Grapes
|Chicken breasts/8 to 10 pieces chicken||6|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white california wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz), drained (Or 1 Small Can)|
|Seedless grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh/Canned)|
Season chicken with salt and pepper, and dust with flour.
Melt half the butter in a skillet, and brown the chicken on all sides.
Remove chicken to crock cooker.
Add remaining butter to skillet, and saute onion until soft.
Stir in all remaining ingredients, except grapes.
Remove mixture from heat, and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook 5 to 6 hours at Low.
About 30 minutes before finished, place grapes over the mixture.
