  Egg whites 3
  Cream of tartar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Red currant juice/Raspberry juice or substitute other fruit juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until foamy.
Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff.
Add the fruit juice a few drops at a time, beating constantly.
