|Cream of tartar||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Red currant juice/Raspberry juice or substitute other fruit juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until foamy.
Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff.
Add the fruit juice a few drops at a time, beating constantly.
