Finnish Potato Rye

This Finnish Potato Rye is a delicious sweet treat for any holiday ! Try this glazed potato rye bread for your next party and tell me if you like it.
Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Potato water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warm (105°-115°F)
  White flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Rye flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), warm
  Light molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Warm water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Dissolve yeast in potato water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2 Combine 1 1/2 cups white flour, rye flour, potatoes, molasses, salt, caraway seeds, and yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly.
3 Add enough remaining white flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth€”about 10 minutes.
4 Place in greased bowl, turning to coat top. Cover; let rise in warm place until double€”about 1 hour.
5 Punch down dough. Shape loaf. Place on greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
6 Cover; let rise in warm place until double€”about 40 minutes.
7 Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until done. Make glaze and brush on loaf. Cool on wire rack.
