Quick Microwaved Irish Soda Bread

Irish Soda Bread is a unique flavored bread that you can serve at home or for aparty. I made this for my husband the other day and he loved it! Try the Irish Soda Bread and you will understand why!
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; cut in butter.
Stir in raisins and caraway.
Combine buttermilk, egg and baking soda; add to dry ingredients, stirring only until flour is moistened.
On floured board, lightly knead dough until smooth, about 1/2 minute.
Shape into ball and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole, bottom lined with wax paper; cut an "X" across top of dough.
Cook at MEDIUM 7 to 9 minutes.
Let stand, uncovered, 10 minutes; turn out of casserole.
Let stand upside down an additional 10 minutes; cool completely; store, covered, until ready to serve.
