Ingredients
  Lean smoked bacon 1⁄4 Pound
  Pork 1 Pound
  Onions 3 , coarsely chopped
  Garlic sausage 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Cabbage 1 3⁄4 Pound, coarsely shredded
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Canned tomato puree 5 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Cumin seed 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Bay leaf 1
  White wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Dice bacon and pork; brown well in large skillet along with the onion.
Add sliced sausage, shredded cabbage, mushrooms, tomato puree, crushed garlic, and seasonings.
Turn mixture into a large casserole; add white wine, and just enough water to cover all ingredients.
Cover casserole tightly; cook without stirring in a moderate oven (350° F or 180° C), about 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
