This Microwave Stroganoff consists of batter -coated beef sirloin cooked in beef broth and onion soup with mushrooms and sauced with spicy pepper sauce. Try this irresistible fare with a bowl of pasta or rice. Tell me if you like this Microwave Stroganoff.
  Boneless beef sirloin 1 1⁄2 Pound
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Condensed french onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Liquid pepper sauce 5 Drop
  Buttered cooked noodles/Buttered cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Cut meat into 2x1/2x1/4-inch strips. Coat with a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in an 8-inch square glass baking dish in microwave oven (about 1 minute at High). Add the meat and stir to coat with butter. Cover with waxed paper. Cook 7 to 8 minutes at High, or until meat is no longer pink; stir 3 times.
3. Pour beef broth and onion soup over meat in dish. Heat uncovered in microwave oven to boiling (8 to 10 minutes at High); stir once. Cook uncovered 3 minutes at High; turn and rearrange strips once during cooking period.
4. Stir in mushrooms, sour cream and pepper sauce. Cover with waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven to serving temperature (1 to 2 minutes at Medium-High); stir once.
