Solar Cooked Irish Bread

Traditional Irish Bread is a healthy snack which can be eaten with tea or even at breakfast. Perfectly made in a solar heater. The bread is baked crispy and chewy in the solar heater.
  Bread flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)

Mix all the ingredients to make a sticky dough ball. Place it in a greased clay pot and score an X on top of the dough. Brush it lightly with water. Put the pot in a solar heater. The dough turns golden brown in about 2 hours. The bread is now fully baked. It is crispy outside while moist and chewy inside. Serve the bread with butter.
