Lemon Meringue Pie is simple and easy to make recipe. Lemon Meringue Pie gets its taste from eggs mixed with lemon and sugar. Lemon Meringue Pie inspired by many food joints worldwide.
  Lemons juice 5
  Grated lemon peel 5
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Egg yolks 6
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  9 inch pie crust 1 , baked
  Unbaked meringue 3 Cup (48 tbs)

In a saucepan, mix lemon juice and peel with sugar.
While stirring, bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Let cool.
In a bowl, beat eggs, gradually folding in lemon mixture.
In a double boiler, stirring occasionally, cook around 45 minutes or until thick and creamy.
Off heat, fold in butter.
Let cool completely.
Pour into crust.
Preheat oven to broil.
Using a pastry bag with a fluted nozzle, pipe meringue onto pie.
Lightly brown in oven 1-2 minutes.
