Nettle Tonic

This Nettle Tonic recipe have been handed down from my grandmother. Even though it may not taste too great it is definitely good for your skin and beauty! So indulge in vanity and don't let this precious Nettle Tonic go in vain!
Ingredients
  Young nettles 1 Pound
  Boiling water 500 Milliliter
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash the nettles well in several waters, wearing protective gloves.
Put them into a saucepan and cover with boiling salted water.
Cook very gently on top of the stove for a half hour.
Strain and drink a tumblerful, hot or cold, first thing in the morning.
Guaranteed to put roses in your cheeks and a glint in your eye.
Not pleasant, of course, but you must suffer to be beautiful,.
