Swiss Mountain Special Omelette
|Fresh mushrooms||250 Milliliter, sliced (1 Cup)|
|Green onions||60 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)|
|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Swiss cheese/Mild cheddar cheese||125 Milliliter, grated (1/2 Cup)|
|Egg omelet||1 (Prepared Using 3 Eggs)|
€¢ Place in a microwave-safe bowl the fresh mushrooms, green onions and butter. Cover and microwave 2 minutes at HIGH. Stir well. Salt and pepper to taste.
€¢ Make the omelette. Fill omelette with the mushroom and green onions mixture.
€¢ Top with the grated cheese.
