Breakfast Hash is my family's first choice when we go for picnics and have to pack our bags. The Breakfast Hash recipe is a simple one and the aroma is simply mmm.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Not-so-sausage 240 Milliliter, prepared and chopped (1 Cup)
  Potato 1 Large, boiled, peeled and cut into small slices
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), diced / pureed
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (1/2 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add all ingredients, cover and saute until crisp and brown, then turn over and saute other side.
