Breakfast Hash is my family's first choice when we go for picnics and have to pack our bags. The Breakfast Hash recipe is a simple one and the aroma is simply mmm.
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Not-so-sausage||240 Milliliter, prepared and chopped (1 Cup)|
|Potato||1 Large, boiled, peeled and cut into small slices|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), diced / pureed|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon (1/2 Milliliter)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
Heat oil in skillet, add all ingredients, cover and saute until crisp and brown, then turn over and saute other side.
