Russian Style Beef
|Potatoes||2 Large, sliced|
|Onions||2 , sliced into rings|
|Round steak||16 Ounce (2 Pieces, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Cream of tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Green bell pepper||1 , minced|
Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
Grease an ovenproof dish.
Place half the potatoes over the bottom.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with half the onion slices.
Arrange steaks on top.
Cover with remaining onions, then potatoes.
Pour tomato soup over dish.
Sprinkle with bell pepper.
Cook in oven 90 minutes or so.
Approximately 15 minutes before the end of cooking, remove lid.
