Dublin Coddle is a delicious and sinfully tempting treat! This Classic Irish dish is easy to make and perfect for the months of recession! I love serving Dublin Coddle to my family as the joy with which they receive it on the dining table is simply worth it!
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Skin and slice the onions.
Put them into a saucepan with the bacon and sausages.
Season and add water.
Lay wax paper on top.
Cover with a tight lid and simmer gently for a half hour.
This was always washed down by draughts of Irish stout.
