Sataras has a delicious taste. Sataras gets its taste from beef mixed with mutton and pork. Sataras is inspired by many food chains around the world.
Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Mutton 1⁄2 Pound
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onions 3 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cumin seed 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, chopped
  Green peppers 4 , chopped
  Thick sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut the meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes; brown on all sides in heated fat in skillet.
Add onion and garlic; sprinkle with paprika; continue cooking 3 or 4 minutes.
Add a small amount of water.
Season to taste with salt and add cumin.
Cover and simmer 40 to 50 minutes.
Add chopped tomato and green pepper; cover casserole and cook until done.
Add more seasoning, if needed.
Remove from heat and blend in sour cream.
