Cossack Stlye Borscht has a simple taste. Cossack Stlye Borscht is easy to prepare. Cossack Stlye Borscht tastes better with lemon juice sprinkling
  Canned beets 14 Ounce, drained reserved
  Juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelope)
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spinach 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely shredded
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped

In a medium size saucepan, pour beet juice.
Sprinkle with gelatin.
Over low heat stir until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Set a side.
In a food processor, combine beets and beef broth.
Process until smooth.
Fold beet puree into gelatin mixture.
Add spinach.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Transfer to a soup tureen.
Refrigerate until borscht has half set.
Decorate with a swirl of yogurt.
Sprinkle with chopped chives.
