|Mixed spice||2 Teaspoon|
|Claret||750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)|
|Lemon rind||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Mix all except the lemon and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Peel the lemon rind very thinly and add to the cup.
Chill before serving.
