|Round steak||1⁄2 Pound|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Corn germ oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kelp powder||1 Tablespoon|
Cut round steak into 3 inch strips, 1/2 inch wide by 1/2 inch thick.
Dredge in wholewheat flour and brown with onions in hot oil for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, bouillon, basil, tamari, sherry and simmer 20 minutes more.
Stir kelp into yogurt, then add yogurt mixture to hot mixture off the fire.
Serve with pasta.
