|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Capers||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Yellow onions||2 , chopped|
|French mustard||4 Teaspoon (Ready Mixed)|
|Egg yolks||4 (In Their Half Shells)|
1. Shape four round hamburgers of the ground beef and place each on a separate plate.
2. Arrange around each hamburger some chopped onion, drained capers, paprika, and mustard. Also add the egg yolks in their half-shells.
