  Natural swiss cheese 1 Pound, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , diced (Reserve 1 Yolk For Garnishing)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 3
  Cherry tomatoes 2 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Mix together the cheese, eggs, celery, and green pepper.
In another bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, chives, vinegar, mustard, and salt.
