|Chives||2 Ounce, finely chopped|

1. Beat the eggs and flour together. Add the milk and seasonings.
2. Cut the bacon slices in half and brown in a frying pan. Turn the head down and pour in the egg and milk batter. Increase the heat a little and stir with a fork so that the eggs set without burning.
