Thyme Flavored Swiss Fondue

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Gruyere cheese 1 Pound, grated
  Black pepper To Taste
  Thyme 1 Pinch
Directions

Rub the bottom and sides of a 1 1/2 quart glass or ceramic casserole with garlic.
Add wine; heat in Radarange oven 2 minutes.
Add cheese dredged in cornstarch; cook in oven 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted, stirring every 2 minutes.
Stir in brandy and seasonings.
