|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Beef broth||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Noodles||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
Cook beef, onion, mushrooms, and garlic till meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in broth, wine, catsup, parsley, dillweed, salt, and pepper.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Blend together sour cream and flour; stir into beef mixture.
Cook and stir till thickened (do not boil).
Add noodles; heat through.
Sprinkle with cheese
