Fried Scampi

These Fried Scampi are simply irresistible ! I love this amazing fried seafood ! Try this Fried Scampi and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh prawns/Shrimp with shells 3 Pound
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs), heated to 360°f (For Deep Frying)
Directions

1. Wash prawns in cold water. Remove tiny legs, peel off shells, and devein prawns. Rinse in cold water, then pat dry with absorbent paper.
2. Put only as many prawns in fat as will float uncrowded one layer deep. Fry 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain over fat before removing to absorbent paper. Turn fried prawns onto a warm platter.
3. Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic, salt, oregano, and pepper and cook until garlic is lightly browned. Pour sauce over prawns and sprinkle with parsley.
