Tartar Sauce Using Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pickles 3 , finely chopped
  Capers 3 Teaspoon
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green olives 4 , chopped
Directions

Scrape the onion into the mayonnaise.
Add the capers, the chopped pickles, olives, parsley, and red wine vinegar, and mix all ingredients well.
