Swiss Cheese Fondue

Swiss Cheese fondue has a different taste. The wine with cornstarch gives the Swiss Cheese Fondue a perfect dish. Swiss Cheese Fondue is easy to make recipe.
Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Swiss cheese 1 Pound, shredded
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Kirsch 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Waffles/French bread 2 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Rub bottom and sides of earthenware casserole or chafing dish with garlic.
Add wine; heat to boiling point, but do not boil.
Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly with wooden spoon until cheese melts.
Mix together cornstarch and kirsch; add to cheese mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook a few minutes until thickened and blended.
Stir in pepper; sprinkle with nutmeg.
