Flapjack Peach Crumble is a perfect summer recipe. Flapjack Peach Crumble gets its taste from peaches and oats mixed with almonds.
Ingredients
  Butter 3 Ounce
  Castor sugar 1 Ounce
  Golden syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Rolled oats 6 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced peaches 10 Ounce (1 Medium Size Can)
  Chopped blanched almonds 1 Ounce
Directions

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add syrup, and cream a few minutes longer.
Gradually work in oats and salt until mixture is well blended.
Place drained sliced peaches and almonds in greased pie dish.
Spread flapjack mixture on top.
Bake on the middle shelf of a moderate oven (375°F.€”Gas Mark 4) for 35 minutes.
