Ingredients
  Hard-cooked eggs 6 , halved lengthwise
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green olives 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Lemon juice To Taste
Directions

Arrange two egg halves, cut side down, on each of six small plates.
Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over the eggs.
Garnish with watercress.
