|Condensed cream of celery||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1/2 Soup Can)|
|Dill pickle||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and parsley; shape into 24 meat balls.
In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings.
Stir in soup, water, and pickle.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes; stir often.
