Swedish Meatballs is easy to make Swedish recipe. Swedish Meatballs gets its taste from beef mixed with bread crumbs and soup. Swedish Meatballs is inspired by many food joints worldwide.
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of celery 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1/2 Soup Can)
  Dill pickle 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and parsley; shape into 24 meat balls.
In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings.
Stir in soup, water, and pickle.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes; stir often.
