Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of celery 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1/2 Soup Can)
  Dill pickle 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and parsley; shape into 24 meat balls.
In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings.
Stir in soup, water, and pickle.
Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes; stir often.
