Crispy Welsh Rabbit

|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, Processed|
|Cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Melt the cheese in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
Add the cream gradually, stirring constantly.
Add the seasonings and, when very hot, pour on toast.
