Broccoli Swiss Cheese Casserole
|Chopped broccoli||5 Cup (80 tbs) (Use Fresh)|
|Cottage cheese||24 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||8 Ounce (About 2 Cups)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||4 Drop|
|Bacon slices||8 , cooked and crumbled|
Cook broccoli, covered, in a small amount boiling water 10 minutes or until tender.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, butter, and flour in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Combine broccoli, corn, and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cottage cheese mixture.
Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle bacon over casserole.
Bake casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
