Savory Unleavened Bread

Savoury Unleavened Bread has a great taste. Savoury Unleavened Bread gets its taste from flour mixed with caraway seeds and yoghurt. Savoury Unleavened Bread is loved by many people.
  Ghee 50 Gram
  Strong flour 100 Gram
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lovage/Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Natural yogurt 25 Gram
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)

Melt the ghee in a small saucepan until almost smoking.
Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, then stir in the lovage or caraway seeds.
Pour the hot ghee on to the flour mixture and mix well.
Add the yogurt and cold water and mix to a moist dough.
Knead the dough in the bowl for 5-10 minutes, then set aside for 20 minutes or so.
Turn the dough on to a work surface and roll out to a square about 2 cm thick.
Cut into about 12 cubes.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the cubes in batches and shallow fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and leave to cool before serving.
