Lemon Custard In Meringue Cups
|Meringue||1 Cup (16 tbs), baking|
|Custard||1 (Lemon Flavor)|
Spoon meringue into 6 equal portions on baking sheet lined with unglazed brown paper.
Using back of spoon, shape meringue into circles about 4 inches in diameter; then shape each circle into a shell.
Bake at 200° for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Turn oven off.
Cool in oven at least 2 hours or overnight.
Spoon Lemon Custard into shells.
