|Fried bread||6 (Triangles)|
Butter a shallow dish and line it with sliced Gruyere cheese.
Break the eggs carefully and slide on top of the cheese.
Cover with cream, seasoning and the rest of the Gruyere cheese, which should be grated or finely chopped.
Bake in a moderately hot oven (400 °F.-Gas Mark 5) for about 12 minutes until the eggs are set.
