|White bread slices||3 , trimmed|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salmon||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
Break the bread into small pieces, add milk; let stand 10 minutes.
Add flaked salmon and remaining ingredients (except oil).
Beat thoroughly with a fork.
Chill mixture until it is easy to handle, shape into 4 cakes.
Dust cakes lightly with flour.
Heat a large Browning Skillet in Radarange oven, 41/2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon oil and fish cakes; cook in oven 1 minute.
Turn cakes, cook in oven 1 minute more.
