|Shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant beef broth and seasoning mix/Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix / combination of both||1 Ounce (5 Envelopes)|
|Canned beets||8 Ounce, shredded, reserve liquid|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut up|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Artificial sweetener||1 Teaspoon (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)|
In large kettle combine water, cabbage, onion flakes and broth mix.
Bring to boil, simmer and cook 30 minutes.
Add beets with liquid from can, tomatoes and lemon juice; cook 15 minutes longer.
