Easy Swiss Steak has a fine taste. Easy Swiss Steak gets its taste from steaks mixed with flour and cream. Easy Swiss Steak is inspired by food joints around the world.
Ingredients
  Seasoned flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (About 3/4 Inch Thick)
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned condensed vegetable soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pound seasoned flour into steak with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucer.
Brown steak on both sides in shortening.
Add water.
Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
Uncover; cook down excess liquid.
Pour in soup; heat.
