Swiss Cheese And Bacon Crepes
|Bacon slices||4 , diced|
|Swiss cheese slices||6|
|Butter/Peanut oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Pan Frying)|
Fry the bacon until crisp; drain the fat.
Place 1 slice Swiss cheese on a quarter of each crepe so that the crepe can be folded up into one-quarter of its original size.
Place some bacon on the cheese, and fold up the crepe.
Lightly brown the crepes in the butter or oil on one side, and serve, browned side up, as a side dish for dinner.
