Portuguese Haddock

Ingredients
  Butter 25 Gram
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Haddock steaks/Cod 4 (Steak or fillets)
  Canned condensed cream of tomato soup 298 Gram (1 Can)
  Bay leaf 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Butter the base of the cooking pot.
Arrange the onion in the Slow cooker with the fish on top.
Season to taste.
Stir the tomato soup well.
Heat in a pan to boiling point, and pour over the fish.
Add the bay leaf.
Cook for the recommended time.
Remove the bay leaf before serving.
