|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated sharp cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place onion and 2 tablespoons butter in shallow baking dish.
Cook in Radarange oven 4 minutes; stir 2 or 3 times.
Add potato and cabbage, mix well. Season with chives, if desired
Cover; cook in oven 1 1/2 minutes until the potato layer turns slightly brown.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crumbs; dot with remaining butter; top with cheese.
Cook in oven 2 minutes until cheese melts.
