Steak Tartar

  Beef sirloin tip 2 Pound, trimmed of all fat and gristle
  Spanish onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Anchovies 2
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon (Planters)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Raw egg yolk 1
  Tobasco 1 Dash

Put sirloin tip of beef through a meat grinder once.
Place in a large bowl and add onion, parsley, pepper and mix lightly.
In a small bowl, put in salt, anchovies, capers.
Mash this to a paste and add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Planters Peanut Oil, lemon juice, egg yolk and Tabasco.
Whip with fork until smooth.
Add all this to steak mixture and mix with spoon or hands until smooth.
Mound individually or in one mass.
