|Chocolate flavored blancmange||7 Ounce|
|Bananas||4 , sliced|
|Cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Angelica||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Pint (For Decoration)|
|Sugar||3 Tablespoon (For Decoration)|
Blend blancmange powder with little cold milk.
Put rest of milk in saucepan with 1 tablespoon sugar.
When boiling pour over blancmange mixture, return to pan and cook until thick and smooth, stirring well.
Add 2 beaten egg yolks and 3 sliced bananas and cook for several minutes without boiling.
Pour into warm dish.
Whisk eggs whites until stiff, fold in rest of sugar, pile in a circle on chocolate mixture.
Brown for 1 minute under grill then decorate with sliced banana, cherries, angelica.
