Banana Meringue

Banana Meringue has an extraordinary taste. The banana and eggs gives the Banana Meringue a magnificent taste. Banana Meringue is inspired by restaurants universally.
Ingredients
  Chocolate flavored blancmange 7 Ounce
  Bananas 4 , sliced
  Eggs 2
  Cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Angelica 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Pint (For Decoration)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon (For Decoration)
Directions

Blend blancmange powder with little cold milk.
Put rest of milk in saucepan with 1 tablespoon sugar.
When boiling pour over blancmange mixture, return to pan and cook until thick and smooth, stirring well.
Add 2 beaten egg yolks and 3 sliced bananas and cook for several minutes without boiling.
Pour into warm dish.
Whisk eggs whites until stiff, fold in rest of sugar, pile in a circle on chocolate mixture.
Brown for 1 minute under grill then decorate with sliced banana, cherries, angelica.
