  Fruit 1 Pound (Soft)
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Ounce (1 Gill)
  Golden syrup/Honey 3 Tablespoon

This delicious sweet is very simple to make.
Put the fruit with water and syrup or honey into a pan.
Simmer until soft then beat or sieve.
Stir on to cornflour and return to pan.
Cooking until smooth and clear.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with cream if possible.
