|Fruit||1 Pound (Soft)|
|Water||4 Ounce (1 Gill)|
|Golden syrup/Honey||3 Tablespoon|
This delicious sweet is very simple to make.
Put the fruit with water and syrup or honey into a pan.
Simmer until soft then beat or sieve.
Stir on to cornflour and return to pan.
Cooking until smooth and clear.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with cream if possible.
