This Marinated Fish A La Portuguese has one of the best marinations that I've ever known . I love this with rice. You can try with any other suitable dish of choice. Make this Marinated Fish A La Portuguese in a jiffy and tell me if you like it, the way I do.
Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Paprika 1
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Cod filets 1 Pound (haddock or flounder fillets)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except fish and paprika in a bowl.
Place fish in mixture and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Remove fish and reserve marinade.
Sprinkle fish with paprika and broil until it is tender and flakes easily when tested with a fork; baste with reserved marinade
