Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients
  Sliced apples 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Rich milk/Sweet cream / 6 tablespoons sour cream pastry for one 9 inch crust 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Make crumb mixture by combining sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon.
Place sliced apples in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over top.
Add milk.
Put tin foil or a damp strip of cotton around edge.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for thirty minutes.
Reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake for fifteen minutes longer.
