|Beef stew meat||3 Pound|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onions||4 , diced|
|Carrots||3 , cut small|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown beef in fat; add onion and brown.
Add tomatoes and seasonings.
Cook until meat is almost done, then add finely-diced carrots.
Finish cooking until carrots are done.
Serve over rice
