Quick Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  Peeled sliced apples 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked (Quick Or Old Fashioned)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Place apples in a 9 inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic pie plate.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Heat, covered, on full power 2 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl.
Heat topping mixture, uncovered, on full power 2 minutes, stirring after the first minute.
Cool slightly.
Sprinkle topping mixture over apples.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 8 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp.
Serve with icecream or whipped cream.
