|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Beef gravy base||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream dip with onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot cooked noodles/Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a saucepan brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in Beef Gravy Base.
Stir in undrained mushrooms and catsup.
Add 1 cup water.
Cover; bring to boiling.
Simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Stir in wine.
Gradually blend 1 cup beef mixture into the sour cream dip.
Return to saucepan.
Heat through (do not boil).
