|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Fat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Dry mustard||To Taste|
Whisk egg whites stiffly.
Fold in seasoning and cheese.
Make sure fat is really hot, then drop in small spoonfuls of cheese mixture.
Cook each meringue for 2 or 3 minutes until crisp and golden.
Drain on crumpled tissue paper and serve at once.
Delicious with a drink or as a light snack in the evening.
